Board Interlock

When individuals serve as directors on the boards of multiple companies simultaneously. These interlocking directorates create channels for information sharing, strategic alignment, and potential influence between otherwise separate corporations.

Executive Overlap

When executive officers (CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, etc.) of one company also serve as board members at other companies. This dual role gives executives significant influence across organizational boundaries, potentially affecting decisions at both companies.
